Ideal for furnished properties and hygiene-sensitive handovers.
Removes dust mites, bacteria, body residue and light odours using professional methods.
Cleaning Completion Certificate
£20 per property
As part of the Deposit Recovery Clean, structured quality checks are carried out to ensure all included areas meet the agreed cleaning standard.
For added reassurance, clients may request a Cleaning Completion Certificate, confirming the service was completed in line with professional End of Tenancy procedures.
Drain & Odour Neutralisation
£35 per drain
(kitchen sink, bathroom sink, shower or bath)
Targets hidden odour sources often reported after move-out, including organic build-up and stagnant smells not visible during standard cleaning.
Heavy Limescale Removal
From £40 per area
For properties with long-term or heavy mineral build-up beyond standard descaling.
Includes taps, shower screens, tiles, grout and fittings where scale is embedded.
