Carpet Cleaning
Levels of Service Explained
Why carpet cleaning is not all the same
Not all carpet cleaning delivers the same outcome.
Different situations require different levels of intervention — from a quick visual refresh to a deep hygienic treatment.
That’s why we offer three clearly defined carpet cleaning levels, aligned with UK end of tenancy expectations, landlord requirements and hygiene standards.
This approach gives you clarity, choice and protection — no surprises.
🟢 Level 1 – Carpet Refresh Clean
Low Moisture
Fast • Cost-effective • End of Tenancy compliant
Designed for properties where carpets are in generally good condition and only require a visual refresh to meet check-out standards.
Includes:
- Thorough vacuuming
- Low-moisture pre-spray application
- Light agitation
- Absorbent cleaning / quick extraction
- Basic grooming for uniform appearance
Ideal for:
- Lightly soiled carpets
- Short tenancies
- Budget-conscious check-outs
- Fast drying requirements
⚠️ This service improves appearance and freshness but does not remove deep contamination or bacteria embedded in the fibres.
🔵 Level 2 – Professional Carpet Deep Clean
Hot Water Extraction
Deep cleaning • Industry standard • Recommended for most tenancies
This is the most commonly requested and recommended service for end of tenancy carpet cleaning in the UK.
Includes:
- Thorough vacuuming
- Professional pre-spray treatment
- Dwell time for product activation
- Mechanical or manual agitation
- Hot Water Extraction (rinsing)
- Extra dry passes
- Manual grooming to remove marks and aid drying
Ideal for:
- Normal to heavy use carpets
- Longer tenancies
- Properties with visible soiling
- Deposit-sensitive check-outs
✔ Removes embedded dirt, residues and allergens
✔ Restores carpet appearance safely
⭐ Level 3 – Carpet Hygiene Upgrade (Add-on)
Hygiene-focused • Odour control • Peace of mind
The Carpet Hygiene Upgrade is applied after the carpet has been professionally cleaned, once fibres are free from dirt and residues.
This ensures the treatment works effectively at fibre level.
Additional steps:
- Extra moisture reduction passes
- Application of a professional hygienising treatment
- Targeted odour neutralisation (where required)
- Final technical grooming for even distribution
Benefits:
- Reduction of bacteria and odour-causing microorganisms
- Improved indoor hygiene
- Neutral, fresh finish (not perfumed)
- Suitable for families, pets and allergy-sensitive environments
Recommended for:
- Families with children
- Pet owners
- Properties with odour issues
- Tenants seeking extra reassurance
⚠️ This treatment enhances hygiene but does not claim sterilisation or stain removal.
